An excursion to the Velkopopovický brewery will introduce you to both its founder, Baron František Ringhoffer, and the process of preparing Velkopopovický lager. The tour of the brewery begins with a short film about the history of the brewery and the production of Velkopopovický Kozel beer and continues to the brewhouse, where you will get acquainted with the ingredients, see the copper brewing set and learn about the fermentation of beer in fermentation rooms. The visitor route includes lager cellars and also a bottling plant with a fully automated bottling line. The tour also includes a tasting of Velkopopovický Kozel for visitors over 18 years of age.
