The Klínovec Ski Resort is the largest ski resort in the Ore Mountains, with a transport capacity of 8050 people/hour. It is located only 120 km northwest of Prague and lies close to the border with Germany and the Oberwiesenthal resort. Traditionally, it offers excellent snow conditions throughout the season on 12 km of ski slopes of all difficulty, with an area of 35 ha, which are 80% secured by technical snow.
Before the upcoming season, the resort underwent a significant modernization and a number of innovations await skiers and snowboarders. Several ski lifts have been replaced by a modern fast four-seater chairlift with protective seat covers, as the only one in the Czech Republic. At the same time, the downhill slopes have been extended and expanded and the snowmaking system has been strengthened. A new ticket and check-in system has been installed, which has enabled the introduction of multi-day joint tickets with the neighboring resort in Oberwiesenthal in Germany.
In Klínovec you will find 3 chairlifts and 7 ski lifts. There is a snow park with a first-class U ramp of the FIS class Superpipe class as well as 30 km of groomed cross-country trails .
We also think of the little ones, whom we will entertain and look after in the children’s ski park with a ski lift for free. Families will welcome a wide range of family tickets.
Other services include ski schools, equipment rentals, restaurants and snacks, bar umbrella.
