Kratochvíle Castle

Kratochvíle Chateau – a building that has no analogues in Bohemia in the second half of the 16th century. It is an expression of the ostentatious generosity of the leading magnate of the kingdom, Wilhelm von Rosenberg. In its final form, it represents one of the jewels of the architectural and  decorative art of the Renaissance period. A whimsical stop in the hustle and bustle of life. Pastime is a call to find peace and  to renew our mental strength.
